Terms of Service

This is an agreement between Customer and Safe Surf Ltd. (" The Company") for Virtual Private Network service, related services and features ("The Service") provided on SafeVPN.net web site.

The Company manages web site SafeVPN.net and provided services listed on the web site.

Service Provision

The service provided after successful payment during 1 business day. The number of days are listed in selected tariff option. Remote installation provided for VoIP Termination tariffs. For other tariffs the Company provides how-to tutorials listed on blog.safevpn.net web site. A Customer should follow steps listed in tutorial to install VPN service on their equipment. The Company reserves a right to include charges for excessive suport, 3rd party software or hardware configuration at €60/hour rate.

Invoicing and Payments

The Company will send invoice which needs to be paid before service activation for newly provided service and on of before expiry date for the existing service. The Company reserves statutory right to include late payment fees for invoices not paid on time.

Some banks and credit or debit card issuers may charge an international processing fee. This international service fee is controlled and charged by card issuer bank, or card issuer.

Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)

Customer may use any of services offered by Safe Surf Ltd, provided they are of a legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States and European Union. In order to access services, customers are required to provide current and accurate identification, contact, and other information as part of the registration process.

Prohibited activities

The following activities are prohibited while rendering Company's Services:

  • sending or transmitting letters, junk mail, spamming, or any use of distribution lists for sending unsolicited mail, messages or any other form of correspondence;
  • sending or transmitting any illegal content (including without limitation a child pornography);
  • downloading, uploading reproducing or distribution of the content protected by copyright, or other proprietary right, without first having obtained permission of the copyright owner (Customer should be able to provide such permission by request);
  • sending, transmitting or posting any harmful, unlawful, threatening, harassing, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable materials;
  • attempting to access, hack, or connect to computing devices, networks without proper authorization;
  • other illegal activities.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, and are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Customers agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of the account or any other breach of security.

Participation in prohibited activities will result in termination of the service without a refund. Additional fees may be applied for issue investigation and handling.

Service Availability, Cautions and Restrictions

Service options, speeds/bandwidth, locations and quality may vary. The Company attempts to make the Service available at all time anywhere customer is located. However, the Service may be subject to unavailability for a variety of reasons beyond the Company's control including emergencies, third party service failures, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, signal strength, and may be interrupted, refused or limited.

The Company is not responsible for data loss, delayed or misdirected communication because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service or communications services or networks. We can not guarantee that all services will work with our Service.

The Company do not monitor, collect or store logs for any users activity. However we record time, bandwidth used during the connection and IP address when Customer connect and disconnect to our Service.

The Company never sell or share Customers information to a third party unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to conform with a legal requirement. All information about Customers that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures.

Service Suspension and Termination

The Service will be suspended in following cases:

  • Outstanding invoice overdue;
  • Prohibited activity;
  • Legal requirement;
  • Security issue affecting customers or Company infrastructure.
  • Service will be terminated if overdue invoices remain unpaid after 3 days.

Customer may terminate the service at any time. To cancel service customer needs to submit a request in members area. Cancellation of the service will not alter obligations to pay all charges due to the Company at the time of cancellation.

Remaining balance will not be refunded but can be used for future purchase or transferred to another customer balance.

Moneyback Guarantee

Customers of the Company services may cancel their account with full refund within 72 hours after purchase. To cancel and claim a refund customer needs to submit request in members area. The Company can prolong this period per reasonable request.

Limitation of Liability

Customer agrees to use the service at their own risk. The Company can not warrant the result of service usage as well as its consequences. The Customer agrees to carry full responsibility for any unexpected consequences of Service evaluation.

Dispute Resolution

The Customer and The Company agree to provide out-of-court resolutions for any disputes. If an out-of-court resolution is not possible, all disputed should be settled in ordinary courts of Gibraltar.

Choice of Law

The Company operates under jurisdiction of Gibraltar and is governed in accordance with Gibraltar laws.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect, use and store

The Company aims to minimize collected data from users. SafeVPN.net, as a online service provider, require users to provide contact information, such as name and e-mail address, billing address, IP address to set up and maintain services. All information will be used to contact users regarding products and services offered by SafeVPN.net.

We keep personal data of customers with active services. Customers with no active services may expect their data purged, anonymized or pseudonymized after 6 months. Logs on our servers are kept for 6 months period.

SafeVPN.net never sell or share personal information to a third party unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to conform with a legal requirement.


SafeVPN.net use a third party service providers (MaxMind Inc.) to assist us with preventing and monitoring fraudulent activity. These third parties will only have access to the information needed to perform these limited functions on our behalf and are required to provide collected personal information with at least the same level of protection and security as we use on the site. Such service providers are prohibited from using collected personal information for any purpose other than that for which such party was engaged by us and/or as stated in this privacy policy.

All information about users that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures.

European Union residents may request data removal in accordance with GDPR procedure.

The Personal and payment details data collected by payment party is not stored on the Company's equipment.


SafeVPN.net website stores data on visitor's device after a consent received from the visitor. By giving consent a visitor gives authorization to store needed data on the device from which the site was accessed.
