This is an agreement between Customer and Feel Safe Inc. for Virtual Private Network service, related services and features ("Service").
The web sites feel-safe.net and safevpn.net belong to Feel Safe Inc. company registered in Belize.
Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)
Customer may use any of services offered by Feel Safe Inc, provided they are of a legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States and European Union. In order to access services, customers are required to provide current and accurate identification, contact, and other information as part of the registration process.
- sending or transmitting letters, junk mail, spamming, or any use of distribution lists for sending unsolicited mail, messages or any other form of correspondence;
- sending or transmitting any illegal content (including without limitation a child pornography);
- downloading, uploading reproducing or distribution of the content protected by copyright, or other proprietary right, without first having obtained permission of the copyright owner (Customer should be able to provide such permission by request);
- sending, transmitting or posting any harmful, unlawful, threatening, harassing, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable materials;
- attempting to access, hack, or connect to computing devices, networks without proper authorization;
- other illegal activities.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, and are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Customers agree to immediately notify Feel Safe Inc. of any unauthorized use of the account or any other breach of security. Feel Safe Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep the account secure.
Violations of this Usage Policy will result in termination of the service, without a refund.
Service Availability, Cautions and Restrictions
Service options, speeds/bandwidth, locations and quality may vary. Feel Safe Inc. attempt to make the Service available at all time anywhere customer is located. However, the Service may be subject to unavailability for a variety of reasons beyond our control including emergencies, third party service failures, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, signal strength, and may be interrupted, refused or limited.
Feel Safe Inc. are not responsible for data or messages not delivered, lost, delayed or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service or communications services or networks. We can not guarantee that all services will work with our Service.
Feel Safe Inc. do not monitor, collect or store logs for any users activity. However we record time, bandwidth used during the connection and IP address when Customer connect and disconnect to our Service.
Feel Safe Inc. never sell or share Customers information to a third party unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to conform with a legal requirement. All information about Customers that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures.
Payments, Account Suspension and Termination
All payments for ordered Service are due in full in-time. One time fees, such as setup fees, remote setup fees and others should be paid within 7 days after invoice issued.
Invoices for due account balance will be generated 7 days in advance of the due date. Service may be suspended on the 1st day after payment is overdue, unless prior arrangement for payment has been made. Service will be automatically restored to service once payment is received.
Service may be terminated if invoices remain unpaid after 7 days.
DalPay Retail is an authorized retailer of products and services from Feel Safe Inc. dalpay.is FEELSAFE +18778657746 may appear in the card statement. Some banks and credit or debit card issuers may charge an international processing fee. This international service fee is controlled and charged by card issuer bank and not by Feel Safe Inc or our payment processors. Please refer to INTLServiceFee.com.
Feel Safe Inc. may cancel or suspend the Service at any time for violation of AUP.
Customer may terminate the service at any time. To cancel service customer needs to submit a request in members area. Cancellation of the service will not alter obligations to pay all charges due to Feel Safe Inc. at the time of cancellation.
Remain balance will not be refunded but can be used for future purchase.
Customers of Feel Safe Inc services may cancel their account with full refund within first 3 calendar days after purchase. To cancel and claim a refund customer needs to submit request in members area. Feel Safe Inc can prolong this period per reasonable request.
Limitation of Liability
Customer agrees to use the service at their own risk. Feel Safe Inc. can not warrant the result of service usage as well as its consequences.
Information we collect, use and store.
SafeVPN.net, as a online service provider, require users to provide contact information, such as name and e-mail address, as well as other necessary data to set up and maintain services. All information will be used to contact users regarding products and services offered by SafeVPN.net.
SafeVPN.net never sell or share personal information to a third party unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to conform with a legal requirement.
All information about users that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
SafeVPN.net strictly prohibit the use of our servers for money laundry activities. We view Money Laundering as a serious criminal offense and limit transaction amount to 5000 Eur a month.
For prevention of disagreements and claims service keeps the information on payments arrived on account of service fees.
Users shall not use SafeVPN services for chain letters, junk mail, spamming, or any use of distribution lists.
SafeVPN.net are zero tolerant regarding spam. If we receive abuse regarding VPN service, it will be suspended immediately with NO refund.
Cancellation and Refund policy
All orders are covered by a 3 day money back guarantee. We can prolong this period per reasonable request.
We highly recommend users who are having any difficulties to contact our support.
To cancel and claim a refund customer must submit cancellation request Customer Area.
We don't provide refunds beyond guarantee period. Canceled services, additional IPs or addon destinations remain active until its expiry date.
Remaining balance can not be refunded.
Cancellation process can take up to 5 business days.
Payment may be made using PayPal. DalPay Retail is the reseller of services provided by Feel Safe, Inc. dalpay.is FEELSAFE +1877-8657746 may appear in the card statement.

Logs can be used to track abuse of our service by users who might wish to use service in order to engage in illegal activity such as hacking, credit card fraud, spamming, etc.
